My Story
For a long time, I thought rest was something you had to earn. Like so many people, I ignored the signals my body was giving me — the stiff neck, the heavy shoulders, the constant feeling of being on edge and tired almost all the time. Then one day, I had my first real massage. What struck me wasn’t only how my muscles felt afterwards — it was how my whole self felt different. My mind softened. I felt seen, cared for, and deeply human in a way I hadn’t allowed myself to in a long time. That moment changed me. I realized that massage isn’t just about physical relief, it’s about creating space for people to reconnect with themselves. So I chose this path. I became a massage therapist because I want to create a space where stress melts, where the body feels safe, and where people can leave feeling not only relaxed, but renewed, like they’ve finally come home to themselves.
