Booking a Treatment with Signature Massage by Ana

A £10 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on my business and prevent other clients from booking available time slots. I understand that plans can change, and I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment so the appointment can be offered to someone else.

If you cancel or rearrange your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will either be transferred to your next booking or refunded. However, if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited as I will not have sufficient time to fill the appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 1 hour of the scheduled start time, or missed entirely, will be charged at the full treatment fee, as the space cannot be rebooked at such short notice.

Late Arrivals

Please be mindful of your appointment time. Arriving late may result in your treatment being shortened so that I remain on schedule for the next client.

Repeated cancellations may lead to refusal of future bookings.
